Ytd was the amazing race thingy. was very tired so nv blog n i am going to blog now. Ready...Go!!!!Woke up at 6.35-40 like tat where i have to meet claud n feng at 7 la. so i am late la. den i was like shit. i called claud n told her i will be late. so i faster rush la. den reach there at 7.20. den we walk to sch n register first. went to 7-11 n bought drinks. den went to sit down n i eat my bread n we were crapping,playing n "disturbing" karen.wahaha.=P soon they gather us n we were given bread n mineral water. we kiasu la.i person take two servings. so our bags were heavy lor.lol.den set off at 8.32. gogogo!!!Station 1:Neighbour of WoodlandsSun rises above the plazaThe place which joggers and cyclists loveWe tot it was Woodlands Town Garden la. n called karen how to go there. n she gave us the wrong direction too. so we ask ard for help whether they know anot. we almost wanted to give up la. so we finalise our ans n decided to go woodlands town garden. but it was WRONG.shit sia. waste our time n money. den got another team told us it was at Sembawang Park. so we rush there. when we reach sun plaza there, saw other teams n my fren too. so we got her number to get the next clue. so sword rite.wahaha. den reach the park n our task is to pick a ball n claud pick the number 1. so we have to dig for letters hidden in the sand to come up with Tan Lifeng. Task Completed! NEXT!!!Station 2:Left/RightFast/SlowTall/SlowUpper/????....Ans: LOWERSchool of engineEring, cyriva cLub is proud to prEsent amAzing Race 2006...Ans:SeletarA RESERVE supply of water found here...Ans: ReservoirSo the ans is Lower Seletar Reservoir.So we took a taxi to there cos we dunno how to go. den our task was to pick numbers from a pail of living frog. eww!!! so our brave Lifeng pick the numbers where claud n me have to step on the eight numbers. some more they put flour la n i was wearing socks lor. so slippery.haha. this station was fast. head towards the next station.Station 3:A circus that doesn't do performance, instead it's a place with lot of good food. Ans is Newton Circus.We took the train to Newton. n faster rush down to the food centre. nike was there as the helper n she help us too. thanks. we were given one sugar cane n our task is to bite the sugarcane into small pieces n form the picture of a lock. after tat we still need to bite the rest of the sugar cane into smaller pieces. Lifeng teeth so strong la. she manage to bite off the hard skin la. She is my idol of that day sia. *CLAPS*. we all have no image in playing this game la. eat till so ugly lor.wahaha. after getting our clue for the next station, we rush again n run, run, run. going down the escalator, claud suddenly fell down la. i got shocked sia. but nvm , she still manage to stand up.jia you!Station 4:One of the heartlands in SingaporeOpposite a hub, where people register to fulfill their 2006 Superstar dreamAns: Toa Payohwe reach toa payoh n was looking ard for the place. but we couldnt find. den saw one team n they told us its at the opp side n we have to cross the overhead bridge. so we run again. so tired sia. my stamina is real bad sia. den its at a park. our task is to play the three legged game. feng n me tied our legs together n we have to walk one big round la. so tired.Station 5:A picture of a Compass n a picture of a handing pointingAns: Compass pointOur task at Compass point is to find three people wearing RP related clothings. We were looking like mad for those three people la. we wanted to give up at tat point of time la. cos the shopping so big n so many ppl, how to find sia. so i called n ask whether they are stationary or moving ard. n she told me tat they r moving ard. wat sia. how r we going to look for them. so we decided to stay put at level 2 n spot them cos we were too tired to walk le. den suddenly claud spot them cos one of them is wearing green which is striking.so we faster rush down n got them. finally completed.Station 6:NE6 + ExitAns: Dhoby Ghaut Mrt exitsinitially we dunno which exit. den we saw one team running past n we decided to see where they are running towards. so we rush there. our task is to take three pictures. first is Macdonald's House, second is the place where ronald macdonald likes to eat n last is to take a pic with ronald macdonald. took the pics n faster rush back. the ppl keep saying bye bye to us.haha. so we took the train to the next station. n so suay sia. the train towards marina bay was disrupted cos got accident. waste our ez-link again. so we tap our card out n took a taxi to the next station. we saw michelle too.Station 7: We have to go to Si Ma Lu Guan Yin Temple n look for the masters station.Our task for this the station is
- attract attention by performing something
- use our hp or camera to video down our performance and crowd
- no obscene or public nuisance is allowed
so while we were thinking wat to do,we saw other teams performing.some of them lie on the ground pretending to be dead to attract the crowd. some were singing twinkle twinkle little stars. n soon its our turn.we decied to do smth which makes us feel REAL EMBARRASSING N PAISEH LA. we sat down on the ground in front of the temple n started to cry like kids. we cried REAL LOUD la. den lifeng like dun care for her image n cried out VERY VERY VERY LOUD lor. i keep laughing la. den use thing to cover my face. haha. lifeng was crying " I want my papa n mama." den a kaypoh uncle beside sang "Baa Baa Black Sheep....".wahaha. everyone was looking la. real malu n paiseh sia. no face liao la. next time dun dare go there liao.wahaha.
Station 8: 10,000 seaters stadium where singers usually hold their concerts there. Ans: Singapore Indoor Stadium
So we took taxi again to the indoor stadium. was laughing inside the taxi abt the embarrassing stuff tat we did just now. especially lifeng la. she is my real hero n idol le.wahaha. den reach indoor stadium n our task is to search for this stall called "" Rochor Beancurd" at Geylang. we need to take a picture of it too. n we alos need to buy a box of beancurd n finish up at the station. need to watse money again.haiz. we have no idea where the stall was lor. we only know tat is was at Lorong 21. walking along the geylang streets was so dangerous for us.I was looking out for those tiko peks la. scared later they catch us sia.haha. den also saw some those ppl la. should know rite.haha. den got one indian guy suddenly stop n walk behind us la. den i faster my pace n walk quickly. claud say tat he purposely de. lucky nth happen. den finally we found the stall.thank goddness. den we took a taxi back to the indoor stadium. n finish the beancurd there. nice sia. so yummy. next time can go eat.haha.
Station 9: MRT stop between Tanah Merah and Kembagan. Station Master located at the Skaters Park. Ans: Bedok Mrt station
found the skaters park n our task is to find to following things
1.one lipstick 2. 2 pairs of socks 3. 5 macdonalds's plastic bag 4.1 stalk of real rose 5. 1 copy of Today newspaper 6. 2 umbrellas 7. 1 baby milk bottle 8. 7 pieces of cut finger nails 9. 3 packets of tissue paper 10. A cardboard with the height of one members height
after eliminating some stuffs tat we dun need to find cos we have, claud was tired to walk ard so me n feng went to search for macdonald's plastic bag n today newspaper. on the way,we saw a clown wearing the wooden stick tat makes him tall tall de. den lifeng so excited n i help them take photo. den went to the macdonald n request for 5 plastic bag n went to 7-11 n request for today newspaper. went back to find claud n we r still missing some items so we decided to give up n let them give us penalty. den the person told us tat this will be our last station le n ask us to go to East Coast Park to collect our certificate. by the time, we r real tired le. legs felt so heavy sia. so we slowly walk to the bus interchange n took the bus to ECP. collect our certificate n went to mac n have our dinner. claud went off first cos her mum fetching her to eat dinner with her father who just came back. den left me n feng in the mac. we saw the other team de. the yellow shirt one. den lifeng saw one the handsome guy so high la. siao ding dong de.haha. den went to take the bus back to bedok interchange. lifeng dun trust me la. sobs.haha.
slept on our way back cos was too tired le. in the train i saw one cute n handsome guy sia.lol. den when i was sleeping i suddenly jump up la. so paiseh la. throw face sia.haha. den reach home soon.bath n den sleep like a pig le.wahaha. so tired.
my conclusion of the amazing race is tat we r like using money to buy the 2 pathetic CE points. n we wasted our money on transport. they should provide us la. so stupid sia. but anyway we did have some fun during the game.
